A short term goal to live a happy, respectful and successful life and to improve myself in every way❤🙌

It doesn’t matter your age, how much money you have in your bank account, your status or what you do for a living, we all want to be more successful in our lives. Of course, defining success is different for everyone, and above all, the most important thing is respect, no matter how successful you are, respectful and happy life is more important.

The first step in setting personal goals is to consider what you want to achieve in your lifetime Setting lifetime goals gives you the whole idea that shapes all other aspects of decision making.

I am talking about making myself happy by achieving professional, personal goals. To achieve these goals, i decided to be productive, even in lockdown i was so depressed, and nobody was here to hear my thoughts, Being the elder sister, you have to tolerate alot, and handle yourself on your own in worst time. Very few friends whom i used to talk stopped talking to me.

Through this fellowship of amal academy, i expressed my thoughts even though i dont usually express my thoughts i started working on myself, and this is never ending journey, and while doing my project work 2, I learnt about the goals and S.M.A.R.T goals.

The first step is to make a goal into a reality, and then making a goal as specific as possible and express it in positive terms. … Is that goal is achievable? Consider whether you have the resources necessary to achieve your goal. SMART goals have helped me plan better strategies, Well it can be done by five principles that increases the chance of achieving my goal.

  1. Specific
  2. Measurable
  3. Achievable
  4. Realistic
  5. Time-bound

Here i would like to share one of my short term goal.

Goal: I want to improve my communication skills, body language, accent and enhance my confidence level and positivity in order to get a job in the field of teaching. I will do this by practicing, by starting teaching at small level, by watching videos to learn these skills, by reading and writing blogs and by getting any certificates in professionalism and soft skills.

Reason: Being an educator allows me to keep learning and growing in knowledge. I can encourage students to dreams that lead to big ideas — which can lead to innovations and changes for the future. A teacher can inspire students to think beyond their comfort zones and challenge them to reach their fullest potential.

Experience: When i got admission in MS and B.ed, i started finding out good jobs, i made CV and applied almost everywhere in hot weather but due to timings of university and lack of support for job at that time i couldnt get a call, and in some school timings and rules were different, things were not working the way i wanted so i started teaching at small level: at academy because i wanted to get out of my comfort zone and wanted to learn about the experience of teaching and its been 2 years now, Completing 2 degrees together, job, maintaining weight for my health, getting out of depression, taking part in certificate coarses and seminars to learn things was not so easy but i learned alot and we should not hesitate to do small jobs because small goals make us learn alot of things and it leads to the bigger goals, and i am still struggling for that goal and hoping to find a good job in future IN SHA ALLAH.
